Memos & To-Do Lists in the Time Master System

The Memos & To-Do section gives you a place to write down quick notes, ideas, and tasks you don’t have time to plan into your organizer. Write it down now and add it into your schedule or calendars later. 

The Time Manager

The Time Manager contains the tools and resources you need to plan, organize, and manage your day. This area makes up most of the planner/binder and has four main sections: The Memos/To-Do Lists, Yearly Calendars, Months (month calendar, Weekly/Day Calendar, and Task Manager pages), Address Manager, and Project Manager.

Time Master Calendars The Calendar section contains four yearly calendars beginning with the current year. Use these pages to do long term planning and see the overall layout of a year at a glance. Use these calendars to note important tests, vacations, etc.  Click the image for a larger view of the page.
The Time Master Address Manager The Address Manager tracks your contact information and information resources. This is where you store names, addresses, phone numbers, instant messenger and email addresses. 
The Project Manager is the tool you use to plan and manage your long term projects.  The section contains four types of forms to manage your project activities, from topic selection to final review.
