order process is only used solely to track, verify and fulfill

- Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are
determined by the weight of the items you purchase and the shipping
destination. Shipping costs are approximated as you shop, with
shipping for
items added to the final cost of all items. You will receive an
email verification of your order with exact shipping information -
cost and method of delivery. If you have

NOTICE: UPS tracking systems and the information they
contain are the private property of UPS and may be used solely to
track shipments tendered by, to or for you to UPS for delivery and
for no other purpose. Any other use of UPS tracking systems and
information is strictly prohibited.
Sorry, for the
security of your money, we will only ship to the address on
your credit card. We know this can be inconvenient if you are trying
to send a gift, but the unscrupulous of the world have made this
step necessary.
- Return Policy
We accept returns of unused
merchandise when the item is returned within 10 days of receipt and
is accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) number and all of its
original packaging, parts, instructions, and accessories. A Return
Authorization number must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.
Items that have been removed from original packaging and
assembled/disassembled will also incur a 10% restocking fee in
addition to actual original shipping charges. Please use the Returns
form to request an RA.
- Cancellations
Cancellations are a fact of
life and we accept the fact that sometimes things happen and you
can't accept your order. Not to worry. Just send us a note at support@wizardsquare.com.
